3.7 miles today. lox and bagel for lunch, which I really didn’t feel like eating and probably shouldn’t have. 4 piece tuna sushi for dinner and a bowl of cereal.

2 miles today. but I ran 4 on Thursday. but it was Relay weekend and I had Denny’s twice. my skin hates me.

all right. seriously need to get back into this again!

156.5 lbs this morning, although I didn’t feel any slimmer, I was still very proud!

unfortunately, my running is only 1.5 miles the past two gym sessions. but they are an intense 1.5 miles. must bring that up.

must keep the weight down. healthy choices.

2/10 - 2/12/12

pulled an all-nighter after I gave blood. ate gross pancakes and pizza at the Heck’s this weekend; totally worth it though. Sushi and an entire thing of sweet moments tonight.

I have a TON of work to do this week so I don’t know if I’ll make it to the gym but I’m going to try!

  • felt faint after running, probably dehydrated. was a little tougher today and had to push to 3 miles!
